Absolutely. Vallesur is certified cold-pressed EVOO, tested at 688 mg/kg—that’s 2.7 times the EFSA standard of 250 mg/kg.
Is it safe for cooking?
Absolutely—Vallesur has a smoke point of approx. 180 °C but shines best as a finishing drizzle.
How should I store it?
Keep sealed in a cool, dark place; best enjoyed within 3 months of opening.
